    Hello Chris,
bit of a delay before any one noticed your enquiry as this site is real quiet just now – everyone on holidays or doing more interesting things maybe?

I don’t immediately ‘recognise’ the carved rock in your photo but i will have a look in the book when i get home and see if it jogs my memory, from its location. A few more carvings did come to light after the book was published or it may indeed be a new find.
    Regards
    Graeme

Sorry for butting in on the thread, I think I used to have a log-in here but no idea what is is now.
A question for Graeme, hi Graeme, I was checking through some photos I took on Brow Moor a couple of years ago and came across a stone that I can’t find listed in PRANYM, it’s very close to stone 2h but I don’t have an exact grid ref. There seem to be half a dozen cups, four of which are enclosed by a groove and it reminds me of several stones on Ilkley Moor. There’s a picture of it here –

Any idea which stone this is?
    Thanks-
    -Chris

Have to agree with you guys, it was good to visit the Fylingdale moors area again. Thanks to the folks who made the trek over. Especially good to see Brian out and about and on the mend.
I hope it was not too much of a ‘route march’ – but we were trying to show the range of carved rocks and their setting in this rather unique part of the moors.
